In Rosemary's words, "The concept of 'the rosemary'® as a marketable product was born August 2005. While updating my will, I systematically and quickly presented  my lawyer with the information he needed to complete the document. He said , in his forty years of experience, he had never seen anyone so organized and immediately suggested I market it!"

So I set to work developing a prototype of "the rosemary"®; taking courses, attending meetings, making contacts, writing a booklet, finding a mentor, looking at samples, forming a corporation, making prototypes, getting a copyright on my booklet and a patent on the trademark, and dealing with the computer. In 2007 "the rosemary"® became available to the public."

Rosemary Facchini was born in Chadwicks, New York in 1946.  She has 2 sisters, two brothers, twelve nieces and nephews, twenty-one great nieces and nephews (at the moment), and two red kitties.
            She graduated from Chadwicks High School, received a B.S. at S.U.N.Y. Albany, an M.S. at Syracuse University, and after 33 ½ years of teaching secondary English, she received an LPN license.  During her teaching tenure she won 2 Fulbright Scholarships and one Fulbright-Hays scholarship enabling her to study at The American Academy in Rome, Italy, the American School of Classical Literature in Athens, Greece, and with a Fulbright-Hays group which toured and studied throughout Mexico.  She also studied at Duquesne University under a grant from The National Endowment for the Humanities. 
As a result of these and other studies, she was able to incorporate art, music, and history into her English program.
            She lives in a renovated 125 year old barn containing stained glass windows she made.  She enjoys reading, gardening, and seeing her family and friends.
            Eventually, she decided to go into business producing and selling “the rosemary”®. 
            So, the journey continues!
